Returns:

• Email us at hello@thoughtfulselections.com within 5 days of order delivery.
• Please ship items back within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
• Items must be returned in original condition and with the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Vinyl customized products are non-refundable due to customizable designs. Please contact me if you have any questions.
